Information we collect
What you give us
The request form collects your first and last name, email, phone number and business name, together with your answer to the consent checkbox. Calls and messages add whatever you choose to tell us.
What is collected automatically
When you browse the site, our hosting and service providers receive routine technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and time of visit. Cookies beyond strictly necessary ones are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner.
What partners may tell us
A partner holding your request may update us on where it stands.
An outside provider runs the form
Our request form is embedded from LeadConnector (part of GoHighLevel); that platform receives and stores your entries for us. Cloudflare Turnstile screens the form for automated spam. Both providers apply their own terms and privacy policies to the data they handle.
How we use information
- to work on your request and discuss which funding structure fits;
- to pass the request to lending partners so they can review it;
- to call, email or text you, staying within your consent and the SMS terms;
- to keep the website running, secure and improving;
- to comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Use.
Who receives information
Lending partners
Handling a request involves sending its details to partners offering that structure. A partner reviews them on its own terms, may get in touch with you directly, and applies its own privacy policy.
Service providers
Vendors behind our form, hosting, phone lines and messaging may process data on our behalf.
Legal reasons
We may disclose information where a law, subpoena or court order demands it, or to protect safety or our rights.
Change of ownership
If Shoreharbor Capital Group is sold, merged or reorganized, information may pass to the new owner as part of the business.
Cookies and your choice
On a first visit, a banner asks which cookies you accept. Strictly necessary cookies are always active; analytics and marketing cookies stay off unless you accept them, and the cookie settings link in the footer lets you change your mind. The request form, once it loads, can set cookies of its own.
Text messages

Security
We use reasonable safeguards for the information we hold, but no method of sending or storing data is completely secure. Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank account numbers or account logins through the form, email or text.

Children
This site is meant for business owners and is not directed to children.
